List a fulfillment's MPP deposit intents (service key)

Service-key only (the same callers as POST /service/fulfillments). The tenant-scoped twin of GET /me/fulfillments/{id}/mpp-deposit-intents, for enforcer-mp-merchant showing a store its own till sale (a guest-checkout fulfillment has no person who could call /me). The fulfillment must belong to X-Tenant-ID; any other is 404. The caller authorises the store before asking. Same body: refund addresses masked. Read-only.
