List a fulfillment's MPP deposit intents (its parties)

The fulfillment's creator, sender or payee only; anyone else gets 404 (existence is not revealed). Every deposit intent raised on it, oldest first, with state, received_amount, expires_at, forwarder_address and every transfer seen at the forwarder (receipts: tx hash, amount, block). Refund addresses are masked (0x0fe0…8296). Read-only.
