Update Tenant Trial Expiration

Set a tenant's trial end date, syncing the LicenseSpring Windows trial license to match (IBS-1702). Not restricted to later dates — this can also shorten a trial.

LicenseSpring is synced FIRST — a failure there must not leave Tenant.trial_expires_at pointing at a date LicenseSpring doesn't actually enforce.
