Delete Tenant

Delete a tenant: erase every user, then tear the tenant down (IBS-2056).

Irreversible. The client gates it behind a type-the-word-"delete" dialog; there is no undo and no soft state to restore from — the Descope tenant and its users are gone, and the PII they held is overwritten.

Returns the tenant with its deletion fields set, which is all the detail page renders from then on.
