List Mappable Graph8 Fields

The GRAPH8-side fields a CRM field can be mapped onto.

The other half of GET /integrations/crm/fields: that one describes the customer's CRM, this one describes graph8. A field mapping is a pair drawn from the two, so both have to be readable for one to be buildable.

activities is accepted here and not by /fields - it is a graph8-side object that has no single CRM counterpart.
