Mark All Missed Callbacks Seen

CONTACTS NOBODY. Clears the whole missed-callback badge for one rep.

The app carries the organisation in the PATH here (/missed-callbacks/seen-all/{org_id}). That segment is NOT published: a caller must never be able to name the tenant it is clearing, so the org comes from the key and the path ends at seen-all.

Open because voice owns the shape of a session, a call stub and a queue stat, and it grows them without a contract bump here. A dropped field would otherwise turn an added upstream field into a removed public one.
