Drop Parallel Voicemail

*** REACHES A REAL PERSON. *** Leaves a voicemail and hangs up.

The script is played in the rep's cloned voice and the call is closed with disposition voicemail. The person hears it. There is no undo.

The command is queued for the agent on the call (a 120-second window), so a 200 means "accepted", not "already played". Tiered external.

Open because voice owns the shape of a session, a call stub and a queue stat, and it grows them without a contract bump here. A dropped field would otherwise turn an added upstream field into a removed public one.
