One-shot maintenance for the GL-FL-132667 incident shape: entities whose confident (paid) LLM classification was overwritten with unknown / 'llm_unclassifiable' while their method='llm_classify' SIC/NAICS rows survived. Reverse-maps the surviving codes through the taxonomy and restores sector/industry/tier at conservative confidence — no LLM spend. Use dry_run=true to count the damage first.
