Stop Chat Execution

Stop active execution (engine pause between steps, per the SDK pause spec). Session data is preserved — a later message resumes the conversation.

Body: confirm: Must be true (CSRF protection)

Returns: {"status": "stopped"} when the run halted within the grace period, or {"status": "stopping"} when it is still finishing its current step — the event stream's terminal event marks the actual halt.
