Update heartbeat for an active call session to prevent it from being cleaned up

🔒 Had no auth dependency — anyone who knew/guessed a call_session_id could keep an arbitrary call "alive" indefinitely, defeating orphan cleanup. Requires the caller to be an authenticated participant of the session.
