Manually trigger cleanup of orphaned call sessions.

🔒 Had no auth dependency at all. Not called by the frontend (cleanup already runs opportunistically inside create_call_session) — this is a manual maintenance trigger, so it's gated the same way its sibling /admin/tokens/cleanup-orphaned is, rather than opened to any logged-in user.
