Recent social_sync_runs rows (journey-3) for this caller's (user, org, network) — the card's sync-history/result-row read. Durable, append-only history written by job_processor.py's _process_social_contacts_sync_job / _process_social_messages_sync_job on both completion and terminal failure (services/social/sync_runs.py); distinct from the job row itself, which gets overwritten on retry. stats carries whatever summary dict the sync returned (imported/matched/ threads/deals_updated/etc.), including degraded/degraded_reason when assess_pull_health flagged the run (services/social/sync_health.py) — surfaced again at the top level of each item for convenience.
