Deal-card "Send via Every" CTA. Like /reply, but the client only supplies WHO (contact_id) — the server resolves the recipient's profile URL from entity_links server-side so the client never guesses a raw profile URL. On a successful send, records the outbound interaction as a contact.interaction_logged event (see _record_reply_to_contact_interaction).
