Check Watch

Recompute a watch's fingerprint and report whether anything changed.

Pull-driven (no daemon): an agent or cron calls this periodically. When claimed, the stored fingerprint + doc_ids advance so a later check compares against the NEW state. Returns the machine diff summary plus the previous vs current fingerprint for the caller's verification.
