Live graph status for the keepalive/monitor cron (never raises). Besides connected/nodes/relationships/meta it carries the breaker: breaker (closed|open), cooldown_remaining seconds and last_error ({type, message, age_seconds}) — the cause behind a blip, not just its symptom.
