Stripe Create Checkout Session

Open a Stripe Checkout session for a paid plan.

plan selects the modality tier: pro (humans in the browser, EUR 9.99/mo) or dev (agents, MCP/API/CLI, EUR 19.99/mo). The chosen tier is stashed in session metadata so the webhook promotes exactly the plan the customer paid for — never the caller's current tier.
