Create training job

Create a training job.

Optional Idempotency-Key header makes worker-crash retries safe: re-submitting the same key with the same body replays the cached 202 response with Idempotent-Replayed: true instead of starting a duplicate (billable) training job. TTL is 7 days — long enough to cover queued jobs that legitimately wait through a workday for capacity. See README's Idempotency section for behaviour details.
