For an idle Claude Code or Codex session, by its owner only. Accepted immediately; poll status_url until status is terminal. On completed the session's native conversation can be downloaded from GET /session-handoffs/{id}/checkpoint and, when workspace_carried is true, its workspace from GET /session-handoffs/{id}/workspace; resume it with the same CLI on that computer. The session is then marked continuedOnMac and refuses new turns with 409 continued_on_mac. The Idempotency-Key header is required and dedupes retries. Refusals: 403 owner_only; 409 harness_unsupported, runs_on_mac, continued_on_mac, session_archived, session_running, source_unavailable.
