Download a local handoff's native conversation [read]

The asteroids.native-checkpoint v1 ZIP of a completed local handoff, to its owner only: the CLI's own session files under its state folder layout (projects/ for Claude Code, sessions/ and codex-thread.json for Codex), with a manifest of every file's size and SHA-256. 409 handoff_not_ready until it completes; 410 archive_gone when it is no longer stored.
