Start a conformance run of one of your own listings [write]

Answers at once with the run as running; read it back with GET. The suite uses the listing the way a customer would, through this API and as you: it starts sessions in your workspace, which you pay for, and deletes them when it is done. 404 for a handle that is not one of this workspace's listings, an engine included. 409 conformance_running while a run of that listing is still going.
