Every listed agent: platform engines, and other people's agents that were reviewed and approved, each served as it was approved and carrying seller. Needs no credentials; a caller that sends them also gets its own workspace's listings. Answers 503 not_migrated until the platform's catalog tables are in place.

Keep the agents whose stated requirements match: account needs the caller's own account at a vendor, no_account needs none, mcp_servers can use MCP servers. An account requirement is stated only where external accounts are turned on.
