Delete Draft

Delete an unsent draft: the document row, its parts, and every GCS object they own. Sent and completed envelopes are audit records and are not deletable -- on one of those this answers 404 like a missing row. revision is the same optimistic-concurrency token every other draft mutation accepts; omit it to delete whatever revision is current.
