Download Document Certificate

Standalone Certificate of Signature PDF for a completed envelope.

Path is the original document_id from send/status/list — not completed_document_id and not a session id. Incomplete, voided, and draft envelopes return 400 (Session not completed), same as GET /api/sessions/{session_id}/certificate. Missing and not-owned documents return 404.
