Get Document Fields

Every field on a document, with its submitted value once submitted.

Radio support is worthless to an API caller that cannot read the selection: the choice is stamped onto the PDF and, without this, is invisible to the integration that has to act on it.

Accepts either the original document id or the completed document id.

Field values can contain personal data (SSN, date of birth), so this is API-key scoped and owner-scoped only -- never expose it on an unauthenticated or signer-token-scoped route.
