Test Sign In Link

TEST STACKS ONLY (PASSWORD_AUTH_ENABLED=true): a sign-in link for the signed-in account itself, returned instead of emailed, so e2e can open /go/<token> without an inbox. 404 in production. It can't reach anyone else's account.
