Patch Document Frontmatter

Change only some frontmatter keys: set writes keys, unset removes them, every other key stays as the server has it (merged server-side, row locked). What the web app's writers use, so an icon or purpose edit never reverts a status an agent or a Properties edit set meanwhile. Same checks as the PUT.
