Late Campaign

A signed-in account opened the app with campaign parameters in its address. A new account (≤ 24 h) that has no campaign yet and came in directly or through an assistant (not a share link or invite) is counted to it, once (service.apply_late_campaign). conversion is true only on the call that made it a paid-search account: the browser then reports the ad conversion (after Accept), so it fires once per account.
