Agent Rename Workspace

Agent-facing workspace rename — the twin of PATCH /workspaces/{id}, which only a browser session can call. OWNER-ONLY: service.rename_workspace goes through require_owner, so a plain member (even an editor) gets a 403. Renames the space itself; nothing inside it moves and no link changes.
