Asset Upload Finalize

Receive raw file bytes for a reserved asset. Auth is the one-time token in the query (no session) — so a plain curl -T file <url> works. The token is checked and the cap chosen (10 MB for a guest, 25 MB otherwise) BEFORE any of the body is read.
