Per-session-number content-authoring status (MED-1086 / E1.3m / AC11)

Returns the e1.3k content-status (not_started / in_progress / complete + over-length flag) for each session number of the cohort's group_coaching modality, derived independently of any group sessions. Powers the content-status badge on the no-groups zero state, where /by-session-number returns nothing (no group sessions to roll up). The By-Session view gets the same data folded into /by-session-number.
