Warm an EVM pair before you quote it

Same idea as the Solana warm-up, with a smaller payoff: on EVM every venue is an API, so there is no pool state to pre-read and this only primes our own caches (token metadata, gas, provider health). Returns immediately. Optional.

Building with it requires the paying wallet's signed authorization (POST /destination/challenge, then /destination/authorize) or an invoiceId whose recipient is this address; otherwise the build fails with 403 destination_not_authorized.

invoiceIdstring

Optional: the open invoice this swap pays (INV-XXXX-XXXX). Its recipient, on the same chain, is accepted as receiver without a destination signature.
