Build an N:N basket into size-safe Solana batches

No router contract of ours is involved, unlike EVM. The server compiles real versioned messages and adds legs until the next one would exceed 1232 bytes or 64 accounts. executionPlan reports the exact batches and signatures. Each batch is atomic, but multiple batches have partial-execution risk. Resume with the same correlationId, an incremented buildAttempt and only pendingLegIndexes; never repeat confirmed legs.

Optional.

correlationIdstring uuid

buildAttemptinteger

Monotonic attempt number within correlationId.
