Call this before telling anyone the swap worked. A wallet returns a signature at send time, not at confirmation, and those two moments separate exactly when the network is busy. "expired" means the network is past this transaction lastValidBlockHeight and it can no longer enter any block: nothing was spent and nothing was swapped.
