Vurto Payments screening: OFAC SDN list on EVM and Solana; on Solana also the issuer freeze of USDC, EURC, USDT, PYUSD, USDG and USD1, the issuer freeze index and a money trail up to three hops back. Paying an invoice runs this on the receiving wallet and refuses with 403 receiver_blocked.
