Send manual text message

Send a manual text message to the customer in this conversation.

Requirements:

  • Conversation must be within 24-hour messaging window
  • Agent phone number must have WhatsApp credentials configured

24-Hour Window: WhatsApp Business API restricts messages to 24 hours after the last business-initiated message. If outside this window, the customer must send a message first.
