Conversations

Get conversation by ID

Retrieve full details of a single conversation including analysis results and metadata.

Response includes:

  • All conversation fields (status, lifecycle, handoff state, etc.)
  • analysis: AI-generated analysis JSON (summary, sentiment, quality score, extracted fields)
  • metadata: Closure metadata (closedBy, reason, campaignId, etc.)
  • target: Basic target/contact info
  • _count.messages: Total message count
  • slots: Additive confirmed-slot block. Existing keys are unchanged.
