Toggle AI auto-reply

Enable or disable AI auto-replies for this conversation.

Use cases:

  • Disable when a human agent takes over
  • Enable to let AI resume handling
  • Temporarily pause AI responses during manual intervention

Behavior:

  • When autoReplyActive: false: AI will not respond to incoming messages
  • When autoReplyActive: true: AI will respond according to agent configuration
  • Webhook will respect this flag before triggering AI response queue
