Assign inbound orphan conversation

Assign an inbound WhatsApp conversation without campaign ownership to a campaign and agent.

Use cases:

  • Number received inbound but had no active inbound route
  • Ops team needs to enroll the customer into a campaign manually
  • Optionally trigger AI auto-reply right after assignment

Optional agent to assign explicitly. If omitted, campaign must resolve to one eligible agent.

autoReplyActiveboolean

Whether AI auto-reply should be enabled immediately after assignment

respondImmediatelyboolean

When true or undefined (default): AI responds to the latest inbound message immediately if autoReplyActive is true. When false: AI is enabled but waits for the next message.
