Select claims for analysis

Select claims for full analysis (article mode only).

When a URL/article check pauses with status waiting_for_selection, call this endpoint with the positions of claims to investigate. Triggers Phase 2: evidence retrieval, decomposition, and mapping.

Max 5 claims per check. The check resumes streaming progress via GET /checks/{id}/progress.
