Stream pipeline progress (SSE)

Stream real-time pipeline progress via Server-Sent Events.

SSE events: progress (stage/percent), awaiting_selection, completed, error. Connection auto-closes on completion or after 5 min timeout.

Auth: Accepts X-API-Key header or ?token=<jwt> query param (EventSource can't set headers).
