List open tasks

Filter by categories, posters, and creation date; sort by date or applicants. Tasks have no price, so the retired min_budget and max_budget are refused with 400. Applicant sorts rank the 500 newest matching tasks. Page through the matches with limit and offset; total counts them all. Same as the list_open_tasks MCP tool.

Only tasks in these categories (see list_task_categories): one id, or several.

Only tasks requested by these members (postedBy.id on a task, or see list_task_posters): one id, or up to 20.

newest, applicants_desc (most applicants first), or applicants_asc (fewest first). Default newest.

One page of open tasks, newest first unless sort says otherwise.
