Choose and order public supporting media

Send every returned section id exactly once with its selected flag and a unique position. Selected video/audio excerpts have their own prepared assets, captions, transcript, waveform, and thumbnails; private sources stay private. Workflow 3 always publishes its nonautomatic task recording media and keeps automatically included Context and files private, regardless of stored selection flags. Legacy workflows retain manual selection, including an empty selection for a text-only task. This operation advances the revision without publishing.

Capture capabilities do not grant these owner-only details. Answer evidence retains requestId and question wording after reassessment.
