Accept an inconclusive recording check

Owner only. Continue with the existing recording after the human explicitly chooses Upload Anyway for a current uncertain content check. Supply revision and recordingRequirement.fingerprint from the current task creation. Missing or invalid media, confirmed content failures, provider failures, and stale results cannot be accepted. Acceptance applies only to that fingerprint and preserves the recording. It resumes already-requested analysis blocked by this check, but does not start new analysis, approve public sharing, publish, or charge; call analyze initially and obtain final publication approval separately.
