Render cuts, silence, and bleeps

Returning to an earlier step requires no mutation. Unchanged edits and cleared findings preserve the current revision, approval, and task preview. Actual changes create a new revision and invalidate approval and generated content, including while task generation is in progress. Source tracks and the original transcript are retained.
