Create or replace the caller's member profile, resume included (US residents only)

Same as the update_my_profile MCP tool. Omit resume or linkedinUrl to keep them. A new name or headline also shows on the caller's open tasks. Applications already sent keep the resume they were sent with.

The member's experience and education in Markdown, at most 20,000 characters: "## Experience" (one "### Task Title · Company" per role, a dates line, and "-" bullets), then "## Education". Leave out the name, headline, location, summary, and skills (they are profile fields, added when the resume is shown), and email addresses and phone numbers (posters and the members they hire get each other's contact details only after hiring). Omit to keep the saved one; empty clears it. Creating tasks and applying both need it.
