Fill and save the caller's member profile from their public LinkedIn profile

Same as the import_linkedin_profile MCP tool. Reads the public profile into the name, headline, about, skills, city and state, website, and resume, links it, and saves right away; LinkedIn's values replace saved ones and anything it lacks keeps its saved value. When something required is missing (a US state, or usWorkAuthorized on a first import), profile is null, nothing is saved, and fields says what to fill in. Takes up to a minute. A few imports per member per hour.

Needed when US work authorization has not been confirmed: true only after the human confirms they live in the United States and are authorized to work there. LinkedIn and an approximate location cannot confirm it.

The city the human lives in. Replaces LinkedIn's.
