Join through a poster landing link

While Toma is invite-only, a signed-in account can use a known legacy code from /invite?cmp=<code>, including chatgpt, to join without an invitation. Sign-up continues on /welcome, and the admission code is recorded. Public Hire and Earn campaign pages do not grant admission. A member already admitted gets their profile back unchanged. Available through web and REST, like the other sign-up steps.
