Set the caller's photo

Shown next to their name on their member page, tasks, applications, and messages. Same as the update_my_photo MCP tool. Send the image as base64 (a data: URL works too): image/png, image/jpeg, image/webp, image/gif, 1 MB at most. The type is read from the bytes; SVG is refused.
