Invite someone directly by email

Email the member's own invitation link, without requiring a waitlist entry. Same as invite_by_email. Five total invitees per member across email and shared-link joins by default, configurable with INVITE_LIMIT (0 means unlimited). Repeated successful invitations do not resend or consume allowance. Failed delivery can be retried within 23 hours; older uncertain deliveries require support review to avoid duplicate emails. Email invitations reserve a place, and redemption consumes that reservation without counting twice. Already admitted or invited addresses receive no duplicate email, including across inviters.
