Workflow Progress

Update progress metadata on an active workflow atom.

Generic endpoint — any internal service can report progress on any atom type. Used for real-time parallel task progress (e.g. sub-tasks completing during a parallel execution step).

Resolves conversation_id from Redis if not provided.
